![]() ![]() Long story short, in 2011 I created a Heroes of Might & Magic section on my retro website paying tribute to the original games along with some of the great HoMM total conversion/sequel fan projects out there (alive or dead) to make sure that they are never forgotten and can inspire other talented fans to create new HoMM related projects in the future. Since this is a pretty busy HoMM forum I figured I’d copy the list here too! In total, there are more than 250 cards, so there is more than enough variety.Some of you probably recognise this list from the other Heroes of Might & Magic related forums out there. Might and Magic: Duel of Champions is an online card game that will let you play both on the Internet against other human players and against the computer. And you need to choose well because depending on where you place your pieces, you can take more or less advantage of them. The board (or battlefield) has 16 different positions where you can place your cards. Nevertheless, as the battle goes by, each hero will be able to invoke a creature during his turn and place it on the board. Each player's hero has 20 life points and, when they get to zero, you lose. The battle system has certain similarities with the one from Magic: The Gathering. ![]() In it, you'll have to choose a faction (heaven, hell, necropolis, or fortress) and fight against all your enemies.īesides choosing a faction, which will determine the type of cards you can use, players must choose a hero, which will give access to certain spell cards. ![]() Might and Magic: Duel of Champions is a collectible-card battle game along the lines of Magic: The Gathering. ![]()
